Advantages:

Быстрое заселение, удобные кровати, нас было 4 взрослых, белья и полотенец всего достаточно, приятная коммуникация с хозяином, все отлично. Квартира на первом этаже, удобно сумки из машины заносить. Сама квартира не новая, но чистая и всё необходимое есть.
