Advantages:

Чистенько в квартире, парковка под камерой, относительно новый дом. Интересно устроено видеонаблюдение на лестничной клетке (со звукосопровождением) ранее такого нигде не встречал, интересное решение. В принципе оптимальное сочетание цены и качества.

Disadvantages:

Тонкие стены в доме, очень хорошая слышимость, впринципе меня сильно не напрягало, конечно можно сделать звукоизоляцию, но мне кажется, тогда повысится цена.
